The Laurona is a multi-layered, complex wine with a wonderful drinking maturity and a lot of finesse. The wine is made from five different grape varieties that thrive in different villages in the region. The Garnacha is the foundation for the wine and brings fresh, aromatic fruits to the palate. The Cariñena is powerful, straight forward and is responsible for the density and length in the mouth. Syrah and Merlot add pleasant vegetal notes. Finally, the Cabernet Sauvignon adds aromas of chocolate and complex tannins.
