Appearance
The blanc de Laurona is palo yellow, almost transparent.
Bouquet
Aromas of yellow plum and floral background (cherry, almond). As it opens up, memories of aging associated with the undergrowth (wild lavender and phosphorus ashes) emerge.
Mouth
On the palate it is sweet, intense, with a lively acidity and deliciously saltiness. Its broad and complex aroma fills the palate and leaves us with a long and elegant memory.
Vinification
Controlled fermentation in 50 hectolitre barrels. Long maceration with frequent cap plunging and pumping to achieve the optimal extraction.
Ageing
70% fermentation and aging on lees in 500 litres acacia barrels. 30% ageing in 300 litre French oak barrels.
